Kimberly and Scott Proch are the Innkeepers with their two children, Brooks and Mahala as well as their two dogs, Maggie May and Genaveve. Originally from Kansas, the Proch’s have lived in Evergreen since March 2000. The Alpen Way was purchased as the Abundant Way Chalet Lodge in October 2004. The Prochs have added a new hot tub, chiminea and continue to make changes.
We are located in the heart of Evergreen Colorado Our location is on the site of the Van Cleave Estate built in the 1920's (historical information). We have nine units. All suites have private entrance, ONE private bath and cable TV/VCR. Some units have full kitchens and DVD players (see "cabins & suites" to the left). There is no smoking indoors and fines will be charged for smoking indoors. You must have a credit card and be 21 years of age to make a reservation. Rates range from $99 to $220. We frequently have visits from famous guests. We are located close to many fun and famous activities. (see local attractions).
