• The Van Cleave room is a beautiful log, wood and stone room at 26’ x 18’ in size, this room will hold 65 guests reception style. The back patio and front patio can accommodate overflow during the warm season. There is high speed wireless, flat screen television, DVD, great cell phone reception and a large fireplace. The main kitchen is attached to have meals catered in. With nine suites, some 2 bedroom, it can be a wonderful change to your typical business conference.

Scott, Kimberly, Brooks and Mahala Proch, Welcome you to the Alpen Way Chalet Lodge. A family owned and operated business. We are located in the heart of Evergreen Colorado Our location is on the site of the Van Cleave Estate built in the 1920's (historical information). We have seven units. All suites have private entrance, ONE private bath and cable TV/VCR. Some units have full kitchens and grills, telephones, and DVD players (see "cabins & suites" to the left). There is no smoking indoors and fines will be charged for smoking indoors. You must have a credit card and be 21 years of age to make a reservation.  Rates range from $120 to $170. We frequently have visits from famous guests. We are located close to many fun and famous activities. (see local attractions).
