* We must have a deposit with every room reservation, the deposit is 50% of the estimated final fee, the balance is due at check In. Fourteen days cancellation is needed for refund, sixty days for holidays and special events. A $25 charge will be applied if a deposit must be refunded.  There are no additional service charges, and no discounts for wedding parties. Check out by noon.
