Our location is on the site of the VanCleave Estate built in 1930.

Joel Van Cleave was the previous owner.  The actual builder is Rocky Black of ESCO construction.  The original owner is unknown. Dr. Van Cleave and his family purchased the property around 1930. He was a dermatologist from Wichita, Kansas. Many years later the property became the first Children’s World Daycare Center. The previous owner turned the property into the Abundant Way Chalet Lodge around 1986. The Prochs purchased the property in October 2004.
