Get away from the typical meeting room, come to downtown Evergreen in the Rocky Mountains, just a short drive from Denver.

Gathering Space. The Van Cleave room is a beautiful log, wood and stone room at 26’ x 18’ in size, this room will hold 55 guests reception style. The back patio and front patio can accommodate overflow during the warm season. There is high speed wireless, flat screen television, DVD, great cell phone reception and a large fireplace. The main kitchen is attached to have meals catered in. With five suites, some 2 bedroom, it can be a wonderful change to your typical business conference.

Jubilee Suite is 720 square feet with private entrance, restroom and full kitchen, coffee and tea all day long.  Room has wireless high speed internet access and TV/DVD/VHS.  Holds up to 20 people, day meeting, extended stay., workshops, reward trips,  focus groups, team building, sales meetings, rejuvenating, all kinds of gatherings.

Seven suites, twelve separate beds, all suites have private entrance and private baths.

Meeting breakfast is available.  Lunch or dinner can be delivered in.  We have several great restaurants and other entertainment in our town.
